Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• :2+ years of technology experience.
• :2+ years of client-facing project management experience.
• :Experience with inbound and outbound data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration projects from inception through successful delivery
• Monitor and support daily data ingestion and loading, diagnosing and resolving data quality, mapping, and integration issues to maintain reliable data flows
• Lead client meetings, manage communications, and drive follow-up on requests
• Partner with internal technical teams to establish and maintain client integration infrastructure
• Build strong relationships and coordinate deliverables across clients, sales, and internal teams
• Develop mapping and business rules, execute testing, and troubleshoot integration issues
• Configure client and partner integrations to enable accurate, seamless data flows
• Analyze complex data relationships and mapping logic to identify and resolve issues
• Document workflows in Confluence and manage tasks and project progress in Jira
• Apply financial knowledge to understand business requirements and data flows
