Job summary

Propelis seeks a Client Coordinator to join a fast-paced artwork and packaging environment. The role focuses on client services and coordinating with multiple clients, ensuring accurate information flow and timely responses.

You will work with the Artwork Production and QC teams, update the Product Lifecycle Management system, and handle certificates, reports, and invoices while supporting credit control and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with Artwork Production and QC teams to coordinate work.
• Enter client information into the Product Lifecycle Management system.
• Communicate job progress and queries by phone, Teams and email.
• Interpret results/reports and liaise with staff and clients.
• Produce certificates, reports and invoices accurately and on time.
• Support credit control activities as required.
• Liaise with Global sales/marketing managers as needed.
• Book in and send out samples; participate in team meetings.
• Help improve office processes and procedures; coordinate with Print development daily.

We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join the team here at Propelis. We are looking for someone with good organisational skills, that will be happy working in a fast-paced artwork and packaging environment. Candidates who have worked in a position where they are required to have an excellent attention to detail coupled with good communication skills.

The position is focused on client services and client support and will involve working with multiple clients where you will provide a unique service. You will be part of the client services team who are responsible for the communication of technical information for the purpose of creating new and existing product packaging.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Interacting with the Artwork Production and QC team
• The entering of client information into the Product Lifestyle Management system
• Communicating job progress and answering customer queries by telephone, Teams & email.
• Interpreting results/reports and taking appropriate actions, liaising with staff and clients.
• Producing electronic certificates, reports and invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Contributing to credit control activities as required
• Liaise with and support the Global sales and marketing managers as required.
• Booking in and sending out of samples
• Participation in team meetings and assisting with actions/projects.
• Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures
• Liaising daily with the Print development team

Qualifications/Requirements

• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Ability to communicate with staff, clients and at all levels
• Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook as you will be responsible for amending excel
• Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents.
• Work under pressure and to be able to determine and organise priorities.
