Job summary

Propelis is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our fast-paced artwork and packaging environment in Witham. You will support multiple clients, ensuring accurate information flow and timely responses, while maintaining high attention to detail and strong communication across departments.

In this role you will work with the client services team to convey technical information for packaging projects, coordinating with production, sales, and marketing to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication with staff and clients at all levels.
• Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good literacy and numeracy for reports and documents.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the Artwork Production and QC team.
• Entering client information into the Product Lifecycle Management system.
• Communicating job progress and answering customer queries by telephone, Teams & email.
• Interpreting results/reports and coordinating actions with staff and clients.
• Producing electronic certificates, reports and invoices accurately and on time.
• Contributing to credit control activities as required.
• Liaising with Global sales and marketing managers as required.
• Booking in and sending out of samples.
• Participating in team meetings and assisting with actions/projects.
• Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures.
• Liaising daily with the Print development team.
