Job summary

SGX, formed by SGS & Co and SGK, is seeking a Client Coordinator to join our client services team in Salford. You will support multiple clients, manage artwork execution communication, and help keep accurate records and reports.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential in our fast-paced artwork and packaging environment. You will liaise with artwork, QC and print teams, enter client information into internal systems, and assist with action items and invoicing while

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication with staff, clients and at all levels.
• Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good literacy and numeracy for reports and documents.
• Capable of working under pressure and prioritising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Artwork, QC & Print teams.
• Enter and book client information into SGX systems.
• Communicate job progress and respond to customer queries by Teams & email.
• Interpret results and reports, and liaise with staff and clients.
• Produce reports and invoices promptly and accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with actions/projects.

We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join the team here at SGX. We are looking for someone with good organisational & communication skills with excellent attention to detail, that will be happy working in a fast-paced artwork and packaging environment.

The position is focused on client services and client support and will involve working with multiple clients where you will provide a unique service. You will be part of the client services team who are responsible for the communication & management of the artwork execution.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Interacting & liaising with the Artwork, QC & Print teams
• The entering & booking in of client information into the internal SGX systems.
• Communicating job progress and answering customer queries by Teams & email.
• Interpreting results/reports and taking appropriate actions, liaising with staff and clients.
• Producing reports and invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Participation in team meetings and assisting with actions/projects.
• Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements
