Selfridges in London is seeking a Client Consultant for Menswear Designer to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will identify and engage potential clients, nurture relationships, and act as a concierge to guide customers through products, services, and store events.

The role emphasizes knowledge of products, proactive client development, and collaboration with Brand Partners to ensure memorable shopping journeys across the store.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication tailored to each client and updated in My Yellow Book.
• Proven sales and service experience as a personal concierge.
• Strong product knowledge and awareness of store events and services.
• Ability to collaborate across the shop floor and connect with customers as they move through the store.
• Curiosity to stay ahead of trends and expand product knowledge.
• Tech savvy with clienteling tools and omni-channel approach.
• Maintains tidy environment and supports the wider team.
• Flexible and responsive to business needs.

Responsabilités

• Identify and connect with potential clients in your department and assess their needs.
• Sell, replenish stock, cash up, organize rails, host experiences and capture data at POS.
• Build a client base and nurture long-term relationships with personalized updates.
• Introduce customers to Brand Partners and integrate them across the store.
• Manage customer feedback and raise service standards.
• Stay ahead of trends and expand product knowledge.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and prevent stock loss.
