Selfridges is seeking a Client Consultant for the Menswear department (30 hours) to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will build and manage a client book, understand customer preferences, and provide personalised service across the store and with Brand Partners.

You will stay informed about product knowledge, store events, and services to create memorable visits. The role emphasizes relationship-building, omni-channel engagement, and flexible teamwork across the department.

• Gather and act on customer feedback to raise service and sales standards
