You will build relationships through proactive updates on products and experiences, collaborate with brand partners, and ensure seamless customer journeys across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and nurture a client book and personal relationships.
• Basic familiarity with clienteling tools and omni-channel approaches.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients in the department to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver memorable customer experiences, including POS tasks.
• Build a client base within your division and nurture long-term relationships with personalized updates.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and act as a concierge to clients.
