Job summary

Selfridges is seeking a Client Consultant in Womenswear to deliver exceptional service and personalise client experiences within the department. You will manage a client book, host customers, and collaborate with Brand Partners to extend services across the store.

You will stay ahead of product trends, maintain store standards, and play a proactive role in growing relationships with clients in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients in department.
• Deliver memorable customer experiences through selling, replenishing, cashing up and POS data capture.
• Build and nurture a client base with personalised product updates.
• Introduce clients to brand partners and coordinate cross‑department experiences.
• Gather feedback to raise service and retail standards.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge across divisions.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and prevent stock loss.
