Job summary

Selfridges in London is seeking a Client Consultant to connect with potential clients within your department and deliver an outstanding, personalised shopping experience. You will act as a personal concierge, quickly assessing needs, presenting products, and guiding clients to the right brand partners and colleagues for a seamless store journey.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients in your department and connect with them in the moment.
Contribute to a memorable customer experience through selling, replenishing stock, cash handling, and POS data capture.
Build a client base and nurture long-term relationships with proactive client development.
Introduce clients to brand partners and colleagues to extend their store experience.
Manage feedback to improve service, sales, and standards in your area.
Stay informed on trends and expand product knowledge beyond your division.
Maintain health, safety, and security procedures and help prevent stock loss.
