Job summary

Selfridges in London is seeking a Client Consultant in Menswear Design for a full-time role. You will act as a personal concierge to clients, grow your client book, and deliver exceptional service while upholding the store's retail standards.

You will collaborate with Brand Partners to provide a seamless in-store experience, stay ahead of trends, and ensure stock accuracy and safety procedures across the department.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients in your department and quickly assess their needs.
• Work in a team to create a memorable customer experience, including selling, replenishing, cashing up, and accurate data capture at POS.
• Build a client base within your division and nurture long-term relationships via personalised updates on new products and experiences.
• Connect customers to other store areas and Brand Partners to enrich their experience.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and help prevent stock loss.
• Stay ahead of trends and expand product knowledge to be an expert in your division.
