Job description

Location: Reading/Chesham

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £26,976.16

Please note: For this role, you must be able to drive as it is a Reading/Chesham split role.

Role Overview: Be the welcoming voice and guiding hand that empowers our clients on their journey to informed, compassionate care.

Join our team as the first point of contact for our clients, handling administrative tasks such as phone consultations, data processing, and reception duties to ensure seamless client care. You will interact with clients in person and over the phone, providing essential support and guidance throughout their journey.

Team Environment: Work in a supportive environment alongside clinical and non-clinical colleagues, playing a key role in helping clients make informed reproductive choices. Prior healthcare experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided at our Oxford Regional Treatment Centre.
