Cinque Ports Vets in Kingsnorth and Tenterden is seeking a proactive Client Care Assistant to join our busy team.

You will welcome clients and their pets, manage appointments, handle enquiries, process prescriptions, take payments and support the team to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Veterinary reception experience an advantage.
• Must have previous customer-facing experience.
• Strong administration and organisation skills.

• Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.

Job Title: Client Care Assistant

Location: Cinque Ports Vets, Kingsnorth and Tenterden branch, with travel to other branches as required. Access to your own transport is therefore essential.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: Shifts will vary between 08:00 and 19.30 (to be discussed). Plus a Saturday, on rotation, between 08:30-16:30

Cinque Ports Vets are looking for a pro-active, empathetic person to join their fantastic Client Care team!

We are busy and your role will be varied. We're looking for someone who can multitask, loves a challenge and working at a fast pace, takes pride in their work; knowing you have made a difference to someone's day gives fantastic job satisfaction.

The duties will involve, but are not limited to:
