An exciting opportunity has arisen for customer care focused individuals to join our friendly team of 60 colleagues and work in a brand new, modern, state of art Advanced Veterinary Practice and Vet Hospital in Stanway, Colchester.
The hospital was designed and built with 3 objectives in mind: great client journey, excellent patient care, and equally important, a great working environment for our colleagues.
The focus of our CCAs is to provide the vital link between our clients, their pets, and the clinical team. You will be part of the journey from the initial phone conversation, greeting the client and their beloved pet at the first vaccination appointment, offering guidance during routine vet care visits, periods of illness, right up to offering condolences and support when difficult decisions have to be made.
You will be required to confidently and conscientiously manage the diary, take payments, and work closely with insurance companies and referring veterinary practices.
The individual suited to this role will be dedicated to ensuring our front of house and administrative department standards and protocols are maintained at the highest levels. Your passion for great customer service and teamwork must of course be matched with your love of pets.
