As a Customer Care Assistant, you'll be the face of your restaurant. Your activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, looking after customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We’re looking for a genuine smile and an ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you, and you'll work well as part of a team.
