inspiring vet care in the UK is looking for a friendly Receptionist to join GP Vets on a part-time fixed-term basis for 6 months. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience while supporting appointment management and client communications across sites in Basingstoke and Tadley.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at GP Vets on a part-time fixed-term basis for 6 months.

As a small team, who are friendly and outgoing, you will be working closely with other receptionists and the clinical team. We are looking for a new member of staff to join us on a full-time basis initially on a 6-month fixed term contract which could potentially become permanent. The role of a veterinary client care receptionist is incredibly diverse, and no day is ever the same.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• This is a part-time role working 36 hours per week working over both sites Basingstoke and Tadley and 1:3 Saturdays 8-12.
