Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is expanding its Flexible Benefits team in Bristol, seeking Client Benefits Administrators to support clients and their employees with seamless benefit experiences.

You’ll manage the Gallagher Guide platform, respond to queries via multiple channels, and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance while building strong client relationships. This role is full-time with opportunities for growth within a global leader in insurance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education, including Maths and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in providing excellent client service, ideally within the UK employee benefits industry.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Gallagher Guide flexible benefits platform to support clients effectively.
• Handling client queries via email, online chat, and phone, delivering timely and professional assistance.
• Validating and managing client data with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and providers to deliver exceptional service.
• Following established processes and managing workload to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
