Gallagher is seeking a Senior Flexible & Online Benefits Consultant to join our Client Technology team. You will manage client relationships, design and oversee flexible benefits solutions, and drive opportunities with a portfolio of Gallagher Guide clients.

Qualifications

Strong background in benefits technology and flexible benefits solutions.
Industry knowledge of provider benefit propositions and wider employee benefits services.
Client-focused expertise to advise on flexible benefits technology and cross-selling.

Technical proficiency in managing system functionality and testing processes.
Leadership skills to inspire and support teams.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships as primary manager for Gallagher Guide clients in flexible benefits.
Drive new business by identifying opportunities and pitching new propositions.
Deliver excellence by producing reports, documents, and client communications.
Provide guidance on legislative changes and employee benefit trends.
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Advise on system functionality and manage change requests.
Lead post-enrolment reviews with take-up statistics and lessons learned.
