Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a proactive Client Associate for our onsite Derby team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage a wide range of cases from start to finish, coordinating appointments, notes, GDPR-compliant reports, and communications with clients, clinicians, and GP/specialists.

The role requires strong admin skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Hybrid working is available, with a Derby site focus and driving requirement.

Qualifications

  • Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong IT proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational abilities and time management are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain diaries/appointments for clinical staff.
  • General admin including uploading of clinical notes and documentation.
  • Answer calls and emails.
  • Meet and greet on site duties.
  • Additional administrative duties for clinical staff as required.
  • Use multiple databases and internet systems to record stats.
  • Release medical reports to patients and clients following GDPR guidelines.
  • Communicate with GP/Specialists.
  • Liaise with parties to progress cases and flag issues to team leaders.
  • Refer patients to third parties for treatment/assessments.
  • Work with the Health Surveillance team when required.

Role Outline

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Client Associate to join our onsite team in Derbyon a permanent, full-time basis. This administrative role involves managing a wide range of cases from start to finish, ensuring the smooth delivery of occupational health services.


Your role will involve liaising with clients, employees, clinicians, and suppliers, as well as managing appointments, coordinating adjustments, and ensuring all recommendations are implemented effectively and efficiently.


This is a rewarding and varied role that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Because of the location of the site, you will need to be able to drive.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Co-ordination and maintenance of diaries/appointments for all clinical staff.
  • General admin including the uploading of clinical notes and other documentation as required.
  • Taking telephone calls and answering emails.
  • Meet and greet on site duties.
  • Additional administrative duties for clinical staff as and when required.
  • Use of multiple databases and internet systems for recording of stats.
  • Releasing of medical reports to patients and clients following GDPR guidelines.
  • Communicating with GP/Specialists.
  • Liaising with various parties to progress cases efficiently and flagging any issues to team leaders.
  • Referring patients to third parties for treatment / assessments
  • Working with the Health Surveillance team when required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT proficiency (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and the ability to manage tasks with a high level of professionalism.

You should have strong organisational abilities, excellent time management, and the capacity to prioritise a varied workload effectively. Good customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am-4pm)

Location

Hybrid to our client site in Derby with one day per week working from home.

£24,784.50 per annum.
