Job summary

TOM FORD FASHION in London is seeking an experienced luxury fashion retail professional to join our boutique team as a client-focused sales associate. You will provide personalized service to high-profile clients and support the seamless, luxurious shopping experience that defines our brand.

With at least three years in luxury retail, you will share product knowledge, build lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, and contribute to achieving store targets while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Strong ability to engage with high-profile clients and build a loyal customer base.
• Passion for fashion and in-depth knowledge of luxury products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adhere to company standards.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and clienteling practices is highly desirable
