Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Strong ability to engage with high-profile clients and build a loyal customer base.
• Passion for fashion and in-depth knowledge of luxury products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adhere to company standards.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and clienteling practices is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of women's ready-to-wear collections, including fabrics, craftsmanship, and styling advice.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and tailored recommendations.
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.
• Maintain the highest visual and operational standards within the boutique, supporting merchandising and stock management.
• Stay informed about new collections, fashion trends, and competitor insights.
