Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Our Account Administrators focus on building strong relationships with branch staff to resolve queries promptly, combining customer service with financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth experience for tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Releasing tenant deposit monies at the end of tenancy
  • Processing international landlord payments
  • Setting up tax records for overseas landlords and handling related queries
  • Investigating and allocating payments without correct references
  • Liaising with branches on unallocated monies
  • Posting cheque payments received at branches on multiple systems
  • Processing housing benefit monies and liaising with councils
  • Responding to landlord queries via email and phone
  • Communicating with banks regarding various issues
  • Managing bank correspondence and sending banking materials to branches
  • Organizing returned banking receipts
  • Performing general office duties
