Job Summary and key responsibilities

Our Account Administrators are dedicated to ensuring they are building and maintaining strong working relationships with branch staff and managers to resolve queries in a timely manner. This is a role best suited to someone who enjoys customer service alongside financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for our tenants and landlords

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with the release of Tenants Deposit monies at the End of Tenancy
  • Processing International Landlord Payments
  • Setting up Tax Records on system for Overseas Landlords and dealing with Landlord queries regarding tax by email and telephone
  • Investigating and allocating payments received without correct references
  • Liaising with branches regarding monies that cannot be allocated
  • Posting payments received by cheques at the branches on multiple systems
  • Processing of Housing Benefit Monies and liaising with Councils
  • Responding to Landlord queries via email or telephone
  • Contacting the bank regarding various issues
  • Processing and responding to correspondence from the bank
  • Sending banking materials to branches
  • Organising returned banking receipts from branches
  • General Office Duties

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with the branch staff.
