Savills in Manchester is offering a Client Accounts Apprentice position. This role provides on-the-job training with Level 2/3 AAT apprenticeships, structured by the Property Finance UK team.

The position includes a £22,500–£24,000 salary with a £1,000 sign-on bonus and 25 days annual leave. Starting as soon as possible, you will work within a team of 40+ across Manchester and Leeds, gaining hands-on exposure to client accounting, reporting, and treasury activities while developing professional

Qualifications

• AAT qualification (Level 2/3) or progression toward relevant qualification.
• GCSE English and Maths at Level 4 or above.

Responsabilités

• Maintain housekeeping of Property & Lease data and financial data on databases.
• Assist Client Accountants in reporting to clients (standard reports plus additional as required).
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of client reports (VAT, client statements, etc).
• Site income reconciliations.
• Prepare instructions for Treasury (approvals) for rent recharges and transfers.
• Process payment of client property related transactions.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
