Job summary

Lawtech Ltd in England is looking for an Apprentice Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Department while undertaking a structured programme towards AAT Level 2. You will gain hands-on experience across Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Cash Book, Expenses and project accounting, applying knowledge from your studies in a busy finance function.

With guidance from experienced team members, you will progressively take on responsibilities across these areas, assist with supplier

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or working towards AAT Level 2 qualification.
• Good numerical and reading/comprehension skills.
• Willingness to learn across a structured apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities

• Support Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control processes.
• Assist with Cash Book, Expenses and project accounting tasks.
• Help with supplier invoices, reconciliations and month-end tasks.
• Provide audit-support and documentation as required.
