Job summary

Savills is seeking a Client Accounts Apprentice in Manchester to support day‑to‑day client accounting operations. You will help maintain property and lease data, generate standard reports for clients, and ensure VAT and client statement reconciliations are accurate.

The role includes on‑the‑job training, Level 2/3 AAT apprenticeship options, and a route to APC training. Five days in the office; salary £22,500–£24,000 with a £1,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Level 4 (Grade C) or above is a mandatory requirement and you may not apply if you are currently studying for or already have a degree.
• Eligible to live, work and remain in the UK within 1 hour’s commute of the office.
• Level 2 AAT or Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship depending on previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of Property & Lease data and financial data on databases.
• Assist the Client Accountants in reporting to clients (standard reports plus additional as required).
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of client reports (e.g. VAT, client statement).
• Site Income Reconciliations.
• Prepare Instructions for Treasury department (following approvals) for demand recharges, transfers and amendments.
• Payment of client property related transactions and general maintenance of client funds.
