Job summary

Turnkey Consulting Malaysia Sdn Bhd in the UK is hiring an Accounts Assistant Apprentice to gain hands-on experience across day-to-day finances and business operations.

You will work closely with the Financial Analyst, UK Finance Manager and CFO, learning through on-the-job training and mentorship while studying towards your AAT qualification. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with exposure to multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Permanent right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE Grade C/5+ or equivalent).
• 3 A Levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A problem-solver who works collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to prepare invoices and financial journals.
• Develop skills in managing accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Review employee expense claims in line with company policies.
• Build knowledge in payroll processing, tax returns, and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with clients and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Assist in creating financial reports and other key documents.
• Support the finance team with general administrative tasks.
