Job summary

Fexco Property Services Group in Salisbury is seeking a Client Accountant to join the Head Office. You will work in the Client Accounts Team to prepare final statements for clients, liaise with auditors, and ensure year-end service charge accounts are produced accurately and on time.

The role requires strong communication and organisation, as well as knowledge of service charge legislation, with opportunities to work with external partners and advance within a growing property services group.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Sound knowledge of service charge accounts and relevant legislation/guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse the audit findings on an Extended Trial Balance for external auditors.
• Draft year-end service charge accounts and client reporting.
• Ensure accounts are drafted, reviewed and certified within agreed timeframes.
• Serve as a direct contact for clients and understand their financial requirements to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with external auditors and accountants to maintain high service standards.
