Fexco Property Services seeks a Senior Client Accountant to oversee client finances and remediation funding across a portfolio of key clients in London. You will manage financial systems, ensure accuracy of data, and collaborate with Building Safety Managers and finance teams to control costs and deliver timely reporting.

The role requires extensive experience in finance, strong knowledge of service charges and legislative guidance, and a proactive, client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience within finance.
• Previous experience working with external clients.
• Fully or part qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA, or QBE.
• Sound knowledge of service charge accounts and relevant legislation/guidance.
• Experience of working within a residential block management environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Maintain financial trackers for remediation schemes, including forecasts and costs-to-complete.
• Support budgeting, cashflow forecasting and financial risk identification.
• Reconcile remediation project accounts and escalate funding shortfalls.
• Ensure financial data aligns across trackers, finance systems and funding portals.
• Prepare and validate funding submissions and drawdown requests.
• Produce regular financial reports and support internal/external audits.
• Review SCR process financials and ensure accurate certification.
• Oversee year-end service charge accounts and related reporting.
