Job summary

Fexco Property Services is seeking a Client Financial Integration Accountant to join our Salisbury head office. Based in the Financial Integration team, you will coordinate onboarding, perform financial integrations, and ensure client accounting aligns with FPS standards across sites.

You will work closely with clients and previous managers to gather required data and manage year-end service charge tasks. Role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and proficiency in

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly analytical with attention to detail.
Strong organisational abilities and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

Oversee smooth onboarding and financial integration for new clients.
Collate financial information from clients and previous managers for integration.
Align client accounting with FPS standards and group practices.
Assist year-end service charge and statutory accounts in the first year of management.
Support migrations of client data during acquisitions or transfers.
Handle internal and external queries via email, video call, phone, or in person.
