Fexco Property Services Group is seeking a Client Accountant within the Client Accounts Team to produce final financial statements for clients. You will handle Extended Trial Balance, liaise with auditors, and review budgets to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Client Accountant role with service charges.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Excel at an intermediate level.
• Strong communication, analytics and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse audit findings on Extended Trial Balance for external auditors.
• Produce year-end financial statements for clients.
• Review financial position with property managers and directors.
• Liaise with auditors and track progress of service charge accounts.
• Review budget pack production and ensure accuracy.
• Control balance sheet items to improve transparency and minimise risk.
• On-board and close off client financial information.
• Assist with internal and external queries.
