Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to act as the Centre logistics focal point, handling movement requests from vendors, internal functions, and global customers. You will ensure accurate tariff codes and DG status, monitor shipments, and coordinate with suppliers while keeping stakeholders informed.

You will also manage electronic document storage and complete CDS import/export declarations, contributing to compliant and efficient logistics operations at the Centre.

Responsibilities

• Be the Centre logistics focal point.
• Manage movement requests from vendors, Centre internal functions and worldwide customer locations.
• Ensure import/export duty tariff codes and DG status are correctly applied to shipments.
• Monitor shipment execution, track movements and manage deviations with logistics suppliers while updating stakeholders.
• Ensure proper storage of electronic documents in the system.
• Complete Import and Export declaration documents electronically to CDS.

The Logistics Coordinator will be primarily responsible for all matters related to movement of goods into and out of the Centre.

• High sense of responsibility and accountability as the job involves dealing with government declarations

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for ensuring all import and export duty tariff codes and DG status are correctly applied to incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor shipment execution, track shipment movements and manage deviations with our logistics suppliers while keep internal stakeholders updated.
• Ensure proper storage of electronic documents in the system.
• Complete Import and Export declaration documents electronically to CDS
