Job description

I am looking for a Clerk Of Works to join a Social Housing provider in Hertfordshire on a short-term contract. The Clerk Of Works will be responsible for carrying out due diligence on repairs for a block of flats. There is an option to work one day from home.

Clerk Of Works Duties:

1. Review works being carried out
2. Carry out handovers in line with the organisation’s checklists
3. Ensure all the work has been carried out to a high standard
4. Oversee final inspections of works
5. Carry out due diligence on the repair works

Requirements for the Clerk Of Works role:
