Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer / Receptionist based at Three Towns Resource Centre, Saltcoats.
What You Will Do
You will provide a comprehensive, confidential clerical support and reception service to the North Ayrshire Adult Community Mental Health Service within the Mental Health Services Directorate, North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
- You will be educated to ‘O’ Grade / Standard Grade Credit or National 5 in English and Maths, possess an SVQ Level II qualification in Administration or equivalent experience and have a recognised IT qualification in Microsoft Office packages.
- Previous experience working within a reception area is desirable.
- You will also have accurate keyboard skills, experience of electronic filing systems management and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint).
- Experience of working within an NHS environment and understanding of NHS inter-disciplinary networks are desirable.
- You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to adhere to strict maintenance of confidentiality with a knowledge/understanding and compliance of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the flexibility to adapt to changes and last minute demands.

Hours
17.5 per week, working Monday to Friday - 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
