NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff across various clinical and non-clinical roles. We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to over 1.15 million people, expanding to 2.2 million with regional and national services.
This is a fixed-term 12-month position. The salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.
The shift pattern is Thursday: 08:30-16:30 and Friday: 08:30-17:00.
The role involves supporting effective clinical care by providing efficient health records services, ensuring accurate appointment administration, and maintaining patient confidentiality and record security.
Additional responsibilities include administrative, clerical, and receptionist services, maintaining electronic and paper-based patient records, and updating patient demographic data.
This is a GGC-wide position and may be relocated; initial base will be RHC.
Note: This position may close earlier than the advertised date depending on interest levels.
This role does not qualify for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
