Angus Council is seeking a part-time administrative role at Tealing Primary School in Dundee. The position involves data management, financial processing, and acting as the first point of contact for parents. Ideal for those committed to quality service delivery.

This job is Workstyle 1 – Fixed
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
You will work 20 hours per week, term time only (195 days). Your days of work will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, all day Thursday and Friday morning.
Working in the school office, you will be responsible for the input of data in the SEEMiS data base, maintaining and updating pupil records and processing school funds including the operation of the ParentPay system and reconciliation of the DSM and School Fund budget. You will also manage SMT diaries and process incoming and outgoing mail.
You will undertake reception duties and be a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilising the Groupcall system.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
