Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) requires an administrative officer to support busy hospital services in North Wales. You will maintain patient case notes, support clinics, and manage mail and visitor reception in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent Welsh at minimum Level 3 is essential, with GCSE maths and English, data protection knowledge, and strong computer skills. The role involves prioritising tasks under deadlines and working within the administration team.
To provide a comprehensive high level, efficient, accurate and prompt administrative service to all stakeholders by assisting in the smooth running of the service. As a member of the Administration Team, a flexible approach to the post is essential to enable prioritising the different workloads and duties.
