Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales) is seeking an Administrative Officer to provide a professional, efficient booking service for the Department. You will obtain case notes, organise clinic letters and support the team to meet local and national Access targets.
You should have office experience, be able to communicate clearly, respect patient confidentiality, and be able to work under pressure in a busy environment. Welsh language ability is desirable.
Working in a highly pressurised environment to provide a professional, efficient and effective administrative service for the Department. Using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure that patients are booked in line with local and national Access targets. Work as part of a team, supporting other team members to deliver the Access targets and a patient focused booking service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
