Job summary

VRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor/Manager for a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the heart of the English countryside. The role leads day-to-day production in a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment.

You will drive GxP compliance, audits, CAPA, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, QC, R&D and Commercial teams to ensure timely product release. A degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and proven leadership are required.

• Experience in a GxP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in cleanroom operations.
• Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Confident managing change in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team in a GxP-regulated cleanroom environment.
• Organise production space and workflow to meet schedules.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of production equipment.
• Ensure hygiene standards are maintained to the highest level.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, R&D and Commercial to ensure product release.
