We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to manage a cleaning team, including staff development and maintaining high service standards for routine and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
Responsibilities include ensuring staff understand and follow task schedules, adhering to Health & Safety procedures, providing technical training, complying with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, distributing uniforms, monitoring cleanliness standards, managing stock, and resolving issues professionally.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory and cleaning experience, good communication skills, reliability, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently on a schedule.
