Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to support our client’s site. You will lead a small team, manage rotas, holidays, and performance, and deliver training to operatives while keeping records updated.

You will oversee cleaning of floors, washrooms, and communal areas; conduct weekly audits; manage stock and deliveries; and communicate with customers at all levels to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Ability to meet deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team, rotas, holidays, and performance; deliver training to all cleaning operatives and keep records updated.
• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms (plus ad hoc areas).
• Conduct weekly cleaning audits and escalate areas of concern.
• Manage stock orders and consumables; update stock management system and distribute to cleaning cupboards.
• Interact with customers/clients; communicate at all levels as needed.
