Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our Howdens Team and oversee cleaning operations at a prestigious site in the evenings. You will supervise the cleaning team, motivate staff, manage scheduling and training, and handle member feedback with professionalism.

The role requires strong leadership, calm under pressure, and excellent organisational skills. You will ensure a clean, safe, welcoming environment, while embracing BaxterStorey policies and pension benefits.

  We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our Howdens Team and assist with the cleaning on our Prestigious site You will be required to run the cleaning team during the evening., Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
