BaxterStorey is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our Howdens Team and oversee cleaning operations at a prestigious site in the evenings. You will supervise the cleaning team, motivate staff, manage scheduling and training, and handle member feedback with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning team, ensuring smooth running of the cleaning service
• Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion
• Ensure the Site maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings
• Run the cleaning team during the evening.
