Baxterstorey is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our Howdens Team and manage evening cleaning operations at our prestigious site in Wellingborough. You will supervise the cleaning team, motivate staff, oversee training, scheduling and performance, and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment while supporting the management team.
