Job summary

Aramark UK at RAF Leeming, Northallerton, is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead the on-site cleaning team and uphold high standards across the site. The role focuses on supervising daily tasks, coordinating schedules, and delivering quality cleaning outcomes.

This position offers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00am and 5:00pm, on-site parking, and a route for career progression within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the cleaning team to maintain high standards across the site.
• Monitoring cleaning schedules and ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
• Carrying out cleaning duties where required.
• Conducting quality checks and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Supporting team training and performance.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and company standards.
• Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and operational concerns to management.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the cleaning service.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at RAF Leeming, Northallerton, DL7 9NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to support the delivery of high cleaning standards while supervising day-to-day cleaning operations across site.
