Aramark UK is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a dedicated team at RAF Leeming, Northallerton. You will drive a spotless environment, organise daily tasks, and ensure safety and compliance across the site.

The role is permanent and full‑time, offering 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £13.02 per hour. Benefits include free parking, an Employee Benefits app, life assurance, pension contributions, and generous holiday entitlement.

Formación

• Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus!).
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• As our Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind a spotless environment. Your day will include:
• Assisting the manager with organising the team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
• Completing audits and preparing KPI reports.
• Assisting with Stock counts.
• Maintaining the COSHH cupboard.
• Managing PPE and cleaning materials.
• Conducting team meetings and identifying training needs.
• Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness.

• UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
• A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
