As a Cleaning Supervisor in Leeds, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, train staff, and drive standards. You’ll work with the Duty Manager to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification, using strong communication and organizational skills.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team at OCS as a Cleaning Supervisor, as a supervisor at OCS you will be at the front line of the operation and play a key role in the management and delivery of service to our client. Working closely with the Duty Manager you’ll oversee cleaning and associated duties for the team and make sure tasks are carried out to the required standards. You will need to be able to effectively and accurately deliver instructions and training to your team, so being an excellent communicator is a must as well as being able to identify improvements and successes within your team.

Desirable

• Understanding of COSH and risk assessment
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Previous experience working in cleaning
• Previous experience of working with member of the public
• Passing GSCE Grades (or equivalent) in: English, Maths

• You may be required to undergo a medical and drug and alcohol test prior to starting, as well as during your employment
