Job summary

OCS Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team across our site in the UK. You will manage rotas, holidays and performance, and deliver training to all cleaning operatives.

You will conduct weekly cleaning audits, uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure safety protocols are followed. The role may require heavy industrial equipment and working at heights. The ideal candidate will have right to work in the UK, strong communication, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Background in cleaning/food manufacturing advantageous.
• Willingness to work at height.
• COSHH and IOSH trained desirable.

About The Role:

Working Pattern:

Saturday and Sunday - 7am to 9:15am
Monday to Friday - 8am to 10:15am
(Tuesday off)

As Supervisor, you will ensure that cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a small team, looking after rotas, holidays, and performance and responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives and ensuring all records are updated correctly.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need access to a smartphone that can support our approved work applications for tasks such as clocking in and out (if you are required to use our time and attendance system for your role), viewing schedules, completing training and receiving work-related communications.
