Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Liverpool to oversee cleaning operations, lead a team of operatives and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

You will supervise daily activities, conduct inspections, train staff and manage equipment and supplies while adhering to health and safety guidelines. The role suits individuals with cleaning experience and staff supervision skills, working Monday to Friday on-site.

About The Role:

Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday

To oversee and manage the cleaning operations, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Train and mentor new cleaning staff
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and used correctly
• Address or elevate any issues or complaints related to cleaning services.
• Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Input to reports on cleaning activities and colleague performance.
• Lead cleaning tasks as needed, especially during peak times or special events and match days.
