Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team and deliver high cleaning standards at MEG Group, Dove Valley Park, Foston, Derbyshire. The role is permanent and full-time, with a shift 6am–2pm, 37.5 hours weekly, at £13.97 per hour.

Based in Derbyshire, you will ensure SLA adherence, health and safety compliance, and effective team coordination while maintaining equipment and chemicals knowledge. This position requires reliable, proactive, and customer-focused individuals.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is essential.
• Team leadership experience desirable.

• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.You will work with and guide your team. Cleaning experience is essential, leading a team will be desirable. Good knowledge of Health and Safety and Coshh are essential. Please note that for the timings of your shift, there is no public transport.
