Job summary

Morgan Jones is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor in Dover. The role is a permanent position with a start date of 17th August 2026, paying £14.50 per hour. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 20:00 and Friday from 13:00 to 17:00.

The role requires supervising the team, scheduling tasks, and ensuring high cleaning standards. The candidate will monitor quality, stock levels and equipment, and ensure Health & Safety and COSHH compliance.

• Previous experience as a supervisor.
• Valid Basic DBS.

• Allocate daily tasks and manage staff rotas.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure all cleaning duties are completed.
• Monitor stock levels and report equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Train and support team members where required.
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day cleaning operations.
• Step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed.
